Jaymie Cizek
Principal & President
Jaymie Cizek is the Founder and President of HR Consultant Solutions, LLC. As the owner-operator, she is deeply committed to caring for each client's needs to ensure goal attainment and overall client satisfaction. As an experienced leader with over 20 years of professional Human Resources experience, Jaymie brings extensive strategic and operational expertise to each client engagement. Known for her strong drive for results and uncompromising integrity, Jaymie collaboratively partners with mid to large-sized organizations to develop client-specific transformational HR solutions in areas of talent and culture development, employee performance, succession, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and executive coaching.
Before launching her consultancy business, Jaymie honed her operational and leadership skills in a variety of HR generalist, talent acquisition, and organization development roles. Throughout her tenure, Jaymie and her teams were consistently recognized for low employee turnover, and high employee engagement and productivity results. These outcomes were the result of untiring dedication to productive employee relations, talent and culture development, integrated people programming, collaborative solution identification, effective goal establishment, performance management, and proactive communications. Leveraging her extensive experience, Jaymie formed her HR consultancy business in 2010 where she has since had the distinct pleasure of partnering with business leaders across an array of industries in both public and private sectors to craft and operationalize best-in-class solutions to complex HR issues.
Outside of work, Jaymie is passionate about spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and her volunteer work assisting the unhoused and underfed.
